Lifetime Warranty on Auto Glass Workmanship

Auto glass should not leak, whistle, or feel loose after service. Our warranty gives Burlington drivers clear support after replacement work is done.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Means

At Autoglass Legend, we stand behind our auto glass replacement work. If we replace your windshield, side window, rear window, sunroof, moonroof, or panoramic glass, our workmanship is covered for as long as you own the vehicle.

This applies to work done at our Burlington shop and to mobile jobs we complete in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, and Milton.

If something does not look right, sound right, or feel right after the service, call us. We will inspect the issue and give you a clear answer.

lifetime warranty policy from Autoglass Legend shop

What Is Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers workmanship issues related to the installation.

  • Water leaks from the installed glass
  • Air noise caused by the seal
  • Moulding or trim issues related to the installation
  • Glass fitment concerns caused by our work
  • Installation problems that show up after service

Manufacturing Defects

If the glass is a manufacturing defect, we will inspect it and work with our supplier to find the right solution. Coverage can depend on the supplier, the part used, and the condition of the vehicle. We will explain what is covered before any warranty work is done.

What Is Not Covered

Some damage is not caused by the installation or the glass part. New stone chips, new cracks, impact damage, vandalism, collision damage, rust, body damage, and problems from previous repairs done elsewhere are not covered by our lifetime warranty.

We will still take a look and explain your options. We just want the warranty to be clear from the start.

Safe Installation Matters

Auto glass is part of your vehicle’s safety system. After a windshield replacement, we will tell you when it is safe to drive, how long to wait before washing the vehicle, and what to watch for during the first few days.
